Ball Impact Detection Issues (v2.5)

Troubleshooting: Ball Detection Issues (Version 2.5)

If your system is not registering hits from balls thrown at the wall, you can quickly reset the camera using the feature included in version 2.5.

Before you begin

  • Ensure your Lü software is updated to version 2.5 or higher.

How to reset the camera

  1. Open the Settings menu.

  2. Go to the System status tab.

  3. Click the Restart camera button.

Note: Use this button even if the status indicator light is green. It forces a power cycle that typically restores detection immediately.

Still having trouble?

If the system is still not registering hits after the reset:

  • Recalibrate: Run a standard calibration from the Settings menu.

  • Inspect the camera: Ensure the camera has not been physically moved or obstructed.

  • Further help: Please refer to our Camera Troubleshooting Guide for deeper technical checks.
