Your keyboard remote can be replaced if it no longer works or has been damaged beyond use. To order a new keyboard remote, please visit https://play-lu.odoo.com/.

After receiving the new remote, open the back panel to remove the USB receiver. This receiver needs to be plugged into the computer for the keyboard remote to work properly."

Lü 2nd generation

Using a ladder, lift, or scaffold, access the heart module located directly above the projection screen. The USB receiver is attached to the end of the USB cable hanging below the heart. Make sure this cable is positioned correctly to optimize signal reception from the keyboard remote. If the receiver is tucked inside the heart casing, the signal may be weakened.

Replace the old USB receiver with the one included with the new keyboard remote. Make sure the USB cable hangs properly below the heart module to ensure good signal range (see the image above). Once connected, the new keyboard remote should start working within a few seconds, as long as the battery is fully charged. If the orange light on the remote is flashing, refer to the 'Re-synchronization' section at the end of this article.

Möbil

Under the main module of your mobile unit, you should see the USB receiver for the keyboard remote. Depending on your unit model, the receiver may be located in one of two places. Disconnect the old receiver and plug in the one provided with the new remote. The remote should begin working within a few seconds if the battery is fully charged. If the orange light on the remote flashes, refer to the 'Re-synchronization' section below.

Notes

Some Möbil units include a USB extension cable under the main module to improve signal reception. We recommend not removing this cable.

Using a ladder, lift, or scaffold, access the sound and light module. The receiver is visible beneath the light module, so there's no need to open it. Through the mesh or openings of one of the lights, you should see the USB receiver connected to an extension cable. Unplug the old receiver from the end of the cable and connect the one provided with the new keyboard remote. The new remote should start working within a few seconds if the battery is fully charged. If the orange light flashes, refer to the 'Re-synchronization' section below.
