Before logging in to your Lü system for the first time, make sure you have created a Lü account on the website www.lu-community.com. To learn how to create a Lü account, refer to this article: Create a Lü Account.
To log in to your Lü for the first time, follow the steps shown in this video or refer to the step-by-step instructions below in the article:
Steps to log in to your Lü system :
Select “New Profile” on your Lü home screen.
Using the Lü keyboard, enter your first and last name, then press “Next.”
Enter the email address associated with the Lü Community account you created earlier, then press “Next.”
Enter the information related to your region and your occupation, then press “Next.”
If you wish, create a 4-digit PIN code to secure your profile. You may also skip this step by selecting “Continue without PIN.” If you choose to set a PIN and want it to be required at every login, make sure not to check the “Stay signed in” option. Press “Next” after entering your PIN a second time.
Your profile is now created; however, one important step remains: linking it to your Lü Community account. Click “Next.” If you click “Skip and enter Lü,” you will not have access to Lü Community features or Lü+ functionality.
Enter the password associated with your Lü Community account. If you do not want to enter your password each time you log in, make sure to check the “Stay signed in” option. Then press “Sign In.”
You can select the profile icon in the Lü main menu to access your user information or to sign out of your session.
For your next login, you will be able to access your profile directly by selecting it on the home screen.
