# Powering Up Your Möve

Make sure that:

- the power cable is properly plugged in,
- the power switch is in the **ON** position,

- and the head is properly locked into the base.

- Turn on the projector using the projector controller.

 

If the problem persists, refer to **Section 18 – Troubleshooting** of this manual and contact the technical support team.
